This week we’re bringing you some oreo chocolate cubes with a peanut butter centre that will have you melting. We wrapped up all our favourite sweet things in one place with a heaping helping of protein for a gym snack that doubles as a dessert.
This week we have something of an invention to share with: almondies, or almond blondies! We found a dessert in Canterbury which went by that name, and was delicious. This is not that dessert, and doesn’t even look remotely like it. Still, it’s a blondie packed full of almonds, so the name fits pretty well!
Eating healthy is all about making the right choices at the right times. Unfortunately, however, your body also needs to eat – and sometimes you get hungry in-between meals. It is tempting to deny yourself food in order to try to stay slim, but really, the best course of action is to choose healthy snacks. This prevents hunger and allows you to stay healthy, keeping your body fuelled up for longer and helping you to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
