Sooo it’s been a week and a half since Vegan Summer Fest London, and we have been having a lot of fun going through all of our products that we picked up. We did an unboxing video last week, so click the link above if you want to see what came from our VIP goody bag and what we picked up ourselves.
This weekend we were so excited to visit Vegan Summer Fest London! The event was so fun and we’ve got some highlights to share with you here. Keep going to the bottom to see our video highlights!
First off, there were SO MANY stalls. It was like a vegan paradise! All kinds of products were represented. You could get vegan protein powder, apparel with vegan slogans, cakes, chocolates, burgers, stews and chillis, pet food, vegan cheese, smoothies and milkshakes, frozen yoghurt, badges, crisps, tea, jewellery, alcohol, and so much more. We had a whale of a time, and it took us over an hour just to go around looking at the stalls before we even bought anything.
After the success of our Vegan Summer Fest London giveaway, we’ve got another one coming up for you! These tickets are for Vegan Summer Fest Brighton, which will be taking place on the 3rd & 4th June 2017.
Vegan Summer Fest Brighton is another instalment of this travelling vegan festival, which might be better for those of you living in the south! It’s a bit closer to home for us, so we’re very much looking forward to heading down for a great time and a waft of sea air.
Regular readers know we love Mexican food, so when it came to making these enchiladas, we wanted to make them super special. Rather than using a pre-made sauce or even following a recipe, we decided to come up with our own.
Our video shows you how to make the full recipe, but you can change up the enchiladas and their fillings as much as you like. This week we’re all about the sauce!
I’m excited to start telling you all about the Lady Luck, because it has rapidly become one of our favourite places to go. Despite the fact that it’s over an hour’s drive away from home, we’ve already been 3 times – and I even took my parents! This is our absolute favourite bar right now, and with a fantastic veggie and vegan menu, there’s nothing not to like.

Vegan Summer Fest London is a huge vegan festival with 150 fantastic stalls for you to browse. There will be 10 world food caterers, free samples, inspirational cookery demos and informative talks running throughout the day, so there’s no shortage of things to do. There’s also a meet up zone and plenty of children’s activities for the whole family to take part in!
