Put the jackfruit into a bowl and add the BBQ sauce, maple syrup, liquid smoke and mustard. Mix together to coat jackfruit evenly.
Place mixture onto baking tray, covered with grease paper, in burger-sized lumps. You can also cook as a sheet mixture and then separate into burgers later.
Put into oven and cook for 25 mins at 180c (fan).
Serve in burger buns with chips on the side!
