Naan Burgers

A curry and burger held together inside a naan bun.

  • 2 naan breads large
  • 4 Quorn sausage patties or other thin burgers
  • 5 mushrooms
  • 1 handful cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 sachet Bengali coconut curry sauce or make your own


  1. Fry the sausage patties until cooked, following packet instructions

  2. Meanwhile, heat the naans in the oven for a couple of minutes after sprinkling with water.

  3. Setting the patties aside, stir fry your vegetables until almost cooked.

  4. Add the packet of sauce and stir through until hot.

  5. Meanwhile, cut the naans in half to create two similarly-sized and shaped parts.

  6. Place one naan piece on the plate, them top with a spatula full of curry. Add a burger, top with curry, add the second burger, and top with curry again. Finally, add the second half of the naan on top and push down a little to keep it all in place.
