After our trip to the London event, of course we were so excited about Vegan Summer Fest Brighton! We couldn’t wait to get down, and were excited to be roaming about outside on a bright sunny day. There were two parts to the set-up: a giant marquee filled with all kinds of stands, and an outdoor area complete with a stage and lots of street food.
We enjoyed both areas hugely, as you’ll see in our video below. We took lots of little clips of what was going on and we’ve also done an unboxing of the VIP goody bag as well for you. If you’re thinking of getting the VIP package at one of the next events, it’s definitely worth it as it is just packed with vegan goodies!
We picked up a lot of great items at the festival: some burgers which we will be reviewing later, some ham and cheese from Lattice which are just AMAZING, and some falafel mix as well which we’ll be using in a recipe soon.
We also picked up some incredible cupcakes from Sweet P Bakes which we just HAVE to share here. We saw these glittery delights last time but didn’t get an opportunity to pick some up – so this time, we weren’t going away without them.
The best part is, they were as tasty as they were pretty! The cakes were moist and the icing was delicious. It felt awful to destroy something so beautiful but they were worth it!
